Returns
How returns work on Shophr, from our Terms. Something wrong with an order? Tell us and a person looks.
Pieces from a store
Final sale unless the shop says otherwise. Before you say yes, we show you the shop's return terms as we know them, or tell you we don't know them yet, and your shopper asks at the register before we pay. If the shop takes returns, write to us and we'll tell you how it works, and what it costs, if anything, before anything happens. You get back what the shop gives back. If the shop gives store credit instead of money, we pass that credit on to you.
If we got it wrong
If what arrives isn't the piece you said yes to in the photo (the wrong piece, the wrong size, or damage the photo didn't show), tell us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We collect it and refund everything you paid for it, whatever the shop's policy, final sale included.
Pickups of something you already bought
The store sold it, so its returns stay between you and the store. If what we hand you isn't the order the store gave us, or it's damaged on the way to you, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
Thrift
Thrift sales are final, but a piece that isn't what the listing showed can go straight back with the driver at your door, or you can tell us on your order within 48 hours of delivery. Our team looks, and if it isn't as described, you get your money back.
Valet
The cleaner does the cleaning, tailoring or repair, and answers to you for it. If a piece is lost or damaged while it is in our hands, we pay its depreciated value, up to $500 an order. Our driver photographs every piece at your door, and every hand-off, and you see the photos.
Start a return
Open the order and tap Talk to a person or Report a problem, or Return a piece where it's offered. Or write to support@shophr.co with your order number and a photo.
The full rules are in our Terms. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.
