What is Shophr?
Shophr is a Los Angeles service that gets clothes from local stores and brings them to your door. Find a piece you love, see the whole price before you pay, and a Shophr shopper buys it for you at the store.
Where is Shophr?
Live in Los Angeles. Your address is checked when your order is priced.
How does ordering work?
Tap Get it for me on a piece, or tell us what you're after. You see one total before you order, and we hold it on your card. Your shopper finds the piece and sends you a photo. Say yes, and they buy it and bring it to you. Say not quite, and nothing is charged.
What does it cost?
The store's own price, never marked up, plus a service fee and delivery by distance. Card processing is passed on at cost. You see it all as one total before you order. Delivery on your first order is free from a store nearby.
Can I return something?
Returns follow each store's own policy, and you see it before you say yes. If what arrives isn't the piece you said yes to, tell us within 48 hours and we refund you.
Who brings my order?
Your shopper, who works for Shophr.
Can an AI assistant shop for me?
It can help you find Shophr and decide what you want. A person signs in and pays for every order. Shophr also has its own AI stylist that puts looks together for you.
