How is Shophr Thrift different from a resale app?
On a resale app where you ship it yourself, you pack the piece, put a label on it and send it when it sells. On Shophr Thrift, a driver picks it up at your door and brings it to a buyer near you.
Do I have to ship anything?
No. When a piece sells, a Shophr driver or a delivery partner we book picks it up at your door. You never ship it yourself.
Who writes the listing?
Remy, Shophr's AI stylist, fills it in from your photos: the name, the brand and size from the label, the condition and a suggested price. You check every word and tap List, and you can change it any time after.
How does the buyer get it?
By courier, from a seller near them, not by mail. The buyer pays one price for the piece, delivery and sales tax, and the piece goes from your door to theirs.
Who sees my address?
Not the buyer. You and the buyer never meet, and neither of you sees the other's address.
What does it cost?
Nothing to list. Shophr keeps 10% of the price when it sells ($1.50 under $15), and you see what you get before you list.
When is a resale app that ships the better fit?
When your buyer is far away. Shophr Thrift sells to members near you, by courier. A piece that has to cross the country is a job for the mail. Thrift is open to members across the United States.
